The rooftop restaurant's ambiance was lovely, but the lack of window in the room felt a bit claustrophobic. Service was warm overall, except for a minor hiccup with the reception staff that left me feeling unwelcome.

great location but some issues with service
The location is fantastic, with easy access to shops and art galleries. I enjoyed the rooftop restaurant with fine views of the Esplanade. My breakfast served by a cheerful waitress named Luna made mornings more pleasant.
Check-in took longer than expected, frustrating after traveling.

The Executive Hotel Room was super spacious and clean. I loved that it had extra blankets and a comfy bed. The decor was a bit dated, but I actually liked it. The views from the rooftop restaurant were fine, especially at sunset. Only downside was the room felt a bit claustrophobic without a window.
